Scoutson Watch timpieces are made with the finest wood, sourced directly from nature.  We are so confident that you will love your Scoutson Watch timepiece that we offer a 30-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your Scoutson Watch timepiece during the first 30 days of ownership, send an email to sales@scoutsonwatch.com letting us know what happens, and we'll either send you a new watch or email you a prepaid return shipping label and refund 100% of the purchase price, whichever you decide. 

ScoutsOn Watch also offers a 1 year warranty against manufactures defects.  If you have any issue with your timepiece, please send an email to sales@scoutsonwatch.com and we will do whatever is necessary to make things right.

All apparel sales are final. All ScoutsOn Watch apparel is made to order. We will provide refunds for manufacturing defects only.
